The Bay Vista Boulevard Association By-laws describe the County Liaison Officer as follows:
“County Liaison Officer – The County Liaison Officer shall keep the Board of Directors informed of County activities that may affect the home owners of Bay Vista Boulevard Association, Inc., and discharge such other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors or President. The County Liaison Officer shall be the Board Representative to the Southwest County Alliance of Homeowner’s Associations.”
Southwest County Alliance of Homeowner’s Associations no longer exists. What I found that could replace it is the Sarasota County Council of Neighborhood Associations
